I’m delighted to have been selected to realise my proposal ‘Peep Fiction’  – a site-specific installation for ArtB&B in Blackpool, Lancashire.  ARTB&B is a a traditional Blackpool Bed and Breakfast re-imagined by artists for the 21st Century.  My installation ‘Peep Fiction’ will fill one of the bedrooms and will use archive photographs, text and analogue slide viewers installed into the fabric of the room’s interior to explore the hidden histories of some celebrated and less well-known denizens of the Blackpool B&B, whilst exploring the cultural heritage of this unique seaside resort town which has been the premier holiday destination of the North of England for over 150 years.  More to follow soon…
